The Challenge

The business was generating leads from multiple sources — paid ads landing pages, website contact forms, pricing requests, phone calls — but each source was handled inconsistently. Leads were slipping through the cracks, missed calls went unanswered, no one knew whose lead was whose, and there was no long-term nurture. Response times were slow and conversion rates suffered.

The Solution

I built a numbered suite of Lead Management workflows inside GoHighLevel (000–104+), where each workflow owns one clean job in the lead lifecycle: capturing paid-ads leads, triggering internal notifications on new form submissions, handling pricing requests, notifying the team when a lead responds, assigning leads to the right owner, and auto-responding to SMS replies from missed calls — all feeding into the same nurture engine so every lead gets consistent follow-up regardless of source.

    000 — K9 Doodie Paid Ads Landing Page Leads

    Entry point for every lead coming in from paid advertising. Captures the opt-in from the dedicated landing page and drops the contact into the correct starting workflow so paid traffic is always handled the same way.

    100 — Contact Form Submitted → Notification + Email/SMS + Nurture

    Fires the moment someone submits the website contact form. Sends an instant internal notification to the team, replies to the lead with a personalized email and SMS acknowledgment, then enrolls them into the long-term follow-up nurture sequence so they never go cold.
